Will my order be shipped with an invoice?
Yes, we ship all orders with a copy of the invoice unless otherwise requested. We do not have prices marked on any items. If you do not wish an invoice to be included in your order please make let us know in the ‘Notes’ section when placing your order
Can I change my order once I have place it?
Let us know right away at info@apsleyaustralia.com after you place your order, and we’ll see if we can adjust it before it ships!
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve ordered?
Please contact us at info@apsleyaustralia.com right after placing your order, and we’ll update your address if it’s not already on its way!

Where do you ship?
We ship to every part of Australia. At this stage we do not ship internationally.
We can deliver to building addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
How much does shipping cost?
Spend $89 or more to qualify for free shipping*. For orders under $89 you will be charged a $12.95 flat rate for shipping

How is my order shipped? Can I track it?
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once shipped you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details. If an email doesn’t land in your inbox, please check your junk mail. If you can’t find it let us know (with your order details) at info@apsleyaustralia.com and we’ll help you where we can.
Please ensure you have the correct shipping address details as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
We aim to dispatch orders within two* business days
*Please note: During promotional periods this may take up to five business days
Will I need to be in for my delivery?
Someone will need to be at the building delivery address to accept & sign for the parcel
What happens if the first delivery fails?
We will allow for one redelivery attempt. If this redelivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will be contacted for either a new address or a refund minus the delivery fee.
RETURNS
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You are responsible for the safe return of products. Please make sure the returning product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
I've received my order but I have an issue, what should I do?
Contact info@apsleyaustralia.com with details and/or images of any issues.
If damaged in transit, please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chat with you!
